Preparing an inquiry
Preparing a message in the inquiry composer does not send it to Herrero, reserve a piano or confirm an appointment. The prepared message remains visible for you to review and edit.
Share only what is useful for the inquiry. A city or municipality is sufficient to start a location-based conversation; exact residential addresses can be discussed later when arrangements require them.
Copying and contact channels
“Copy inquiry” places the prepared text on your device’s clipboard when your browser permits it. If copying is unavailable, the visible message can be selected and copied manually.
Opening Messenger, Facebook, your SMS app, phone app or Maps takes you to a separate service or device handler. Those services have their own privacy practices. A copied message is not automatically a sent message; review what you paste or send in the chosen channel.
Links and preferences
Shared instrument links identify a public piano listing. Please avoid putting private contact details or personal concerns in shared links.
The website may remember an appearance preference in browser storage and uses browser caching for its application features. Your browser controls let you clear site storage.
